When the Noni fruit turns from green to fertile, it is picked, washed, drained and stored in a sealed container. Fresh Noni fruit ripens for 1 year, then the pure noni juice is extracted. The fresh noni fruit used to brew Noni juice is the Noni fruit that is picked from the Noni tree grown entirely by organic, without the agents of inorganic or growth drugs, so when brewed, it will produce a very aromatic Noni juice.
