Soaked noni fruit
Besides noni juice and fresh noni tea, you can also refer to how to make soaked noni juice. To make pickled noni fruit, you need to follow these steps:
After selecting the noni fruits, they are fresh, ripe, yellow, and tasteless. Wash and drain.
Find a large glass jar with a wide mouth and tight lid that fits the amount of noni you need to soak.
Rules for placing a layer of noni fruit and spreading a layer of rock sugar/granulated sugar on top. Keep doing this alternately until all the noni fruits are placed in the jar. Then close the lid and store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight
After 3 weeks – 1 month, noni juice soaked in rock sugar can promote the uses and medicinal properties of noni fruit.
At this point, you just need to take some water to soak the noni fruit, mix it with some ice if you want to drink it cold and you can use it.

Noni fruit dipped in salt
Noni fruit can also be eaten directly with salt. You just need to choose fresh, ripe, unbruised, soft noni fruits. After washing and draining, you can eat it directly with salt.
